Chelmsford Hotel Sells for $8 Million

The Radisson Hotel and Suites in Chelmsford has been sold to a hospitality for $8 million and will remain open as a Radisson, according the the Lowell Sun. 

"The Radisson had been owned by Chelmsford Hotel Co. since 1992, according to registry and town records. It was sold to Ronit Hospitality Inc., which couldn't immediately be reached for comment Tuesday," the Sun article said. 

The seven-acre property was assessed by the town as being worth $4.5 million.
