Chelmsford Fire Department Granted Beam from World Trade Center
The Fire Department say it's excited to get the beam after a long five-year process.

CHELMSFORD, MA - The Chelmsford Fire Department has been granted a 30-pound beam from the World Trade Center.
The Fire Department will pick up the beam and bring it back to the fire station on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 30, police said.

"We are excited about this as it has been five years since we have truly started this process and if everything goes right we will have the dedication on Sept. 11, 2016," a Fire Department representative said.
CORRECTION: A previous version of this story reported it was Chelmsford Police receiving the beam.
