Chelmsford Power Outages: 2,000+ In The Dark Monday
Power was nearly restored across the town Monday night.

CHELMSFORD, MA – Thousands of people in Chelmsford lost power Monday as high winds slammed Massachusetts. According to the MEMA outage map, 2,839 homes were in the dark at the peak of outages. That's 18 percent of the customers served in town.
Wind speeds ranging from 46 mph to nearly 60 mph have been reported across the state. As of 10 p.m. Monday night, power had nearly been restored across Chelmsford.
