Chelmsford Real Estate Companies Announce Merger

ERA Key Realty Services announced this week that it merged with Century 21 Landmark Realty.

A pair of Chelmsford real estate companies are joining forces.

ERA Key Realty Services announced this week that its Chelmsford office merged with Century 21 Landmark Realty.

As a result, ERA Key's seven agents from its Chelmsford office located in Central Square will move to the Landmark Realty office, which has 19 agents in its Chelmsford Street location.

The ERA Franchise System has over 2,400 agencies around the world, and ERA Key is among the top ten agencies in the system with 16 offices in eastern and central Massachusetts.

“This merger enables ERA Key to increase its presence in Chelmsford with an agency that has an ideal location, experienced agents and a great reputation,” said ERA Key President Bruce Taylor in announcing the merger.  “That’s a winning combination that will benefit agents, home buyers and home sellers.”

Century 21 Landmark Realty owner and manager Andrew Wilson said the merger will allow him to focus on helping agents blossom. The ERA Key office will feature a full-time trainer, full-time technical support and more tools to provide ideal customer service.

“I’ve always seen the manager’s role as being responsible for agents and helping them grow their businesses,” Wilson said.  “Now I will be able to focus more on that role. In addition, the merger will bring new technology and other resources to the agency, which will help our agents to better serve their clients.”
