CHELMSFORD, MA – The town of Chelmsford is selling property it owns on Mill Road. The land contains over 40,800 square feet of space, including the building on it. It is being sold in its current condition.
The address of the space is 101 Mill Rd. Proposals must be pursuant to the Request For Proposal and will be accepted by the Town Manager's Office, Town Offices, 50 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824 until 12 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2018.
RFP documents are available at the Town Manager’s Office weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from the Town of Chelmsford’s website.
