Chelmsford Trash Pickup Delayed, Parking Ban In Effect
Chelmsford trash pickup Tuesday was postponed and a parking ban is in effect as Winter Storm Stella bears down.
CHELMSFORD, MA — Chelmsford officials announced a parking ban and the delay of trash pickup Tuesday due to an incoming snowstorm. Winter Storm Stella is expected to drop 12-18 inches of snow on the region.
The Chelmsford parking ban starts Tuesday at 6 a.m. and runs through Wednesday at 12 p.m. There's no trash pickup Tuesday and all routes will be on a one-day delay this week.
Chelmsford municipal offices, the library and senior center are all closed Tuesday.
