Food Network Show To Feature Chelmsford Restaurant

"Restaurant: Impossible" will film in Chelmsford this month. The network is seeking local volunteers to help with the shoot.

CHELMSFORD, MA — An upcoming episode of Food Network's "Restaurant: Impossible" will feature a Chelmsford restaurant, and the show will shoot in town this month. The network will film at Rosie's Diner June 26 and 27.

"Restaurant: Impossible" travels to struggling restaurants around the country to help them turn it around with a new menu and renovations. The show is hosted by Chef Robert Irvine, whose challenge is to rejuvenate the restaurant in two days with only $10,000 and community help.

A major component of the show is community involvement. The production staff is seeking design and construction volunteers to help with painting, crafting, construction, remodeling, cleaning and decorating, depending on their skill set. They are also seeking skilled contractors, electricians, plumbers, upholsters and painters to help out.
