How Long Is Chelmsford's Average Commute?
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Chelmsford residents average about 23 to 29 minutes in their commute. We heard different on social media, so today we want to find out from you.

Yesterday, Patches across the country published stories on what the average commute in each part of town is according to U.S. Census Bureau's 2011 American Community Survey.Â
According to that survey, here in Chelmsford folks living just off the Lowell Connector have a commute five minutes shorter than people living in North Chelmsford or West Chelmsford.
Earlier this week, we asked on Facebook about commutes and found they vary for residents from around 30 minutes to an hour and a half depending largely on whether or not the commute included a trip into the Boston area.
Today, we want to ask you again: what's your commute like? Is it comparable to what the survey and what the folks on Facebook said?Â
How big of a role does Boston play vs. non-Boston commutes, and if you go to Boston, do you take Route 3 to 128 or I-495 to I-93?Â
