Man Accused of Exposing Himself By Person Driving Down Drum Hill Road

Oct. 25, 10:10 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to Drum Hill Road after reports that a man was exposing himself at an area business according to a woman driving by.

Dispatch said the person that called saw the man with his hands down his pants adjusting his crotch near the front of the business.

The man was described as wearing tan pants, a tan jacket, and had a dark beard and dark hair. Officers were able to find a man fitting this description at a nearby restaurant.

Officers on the scene asked the man if he exposed himself, which he denied, saying he needed to adjust his belt.

The man, who said he had walked to the business from his home in Lowell, had no criminal record outside of a curfew violation. No charges were filed.

Oct. 25, 4:36 p.m. – A resident called police after saying she heard a potential intruder in the downstairs portion of her Kelshill Drive home.

At first, the resident and her friend thought it was another friend coming into the home, and they let their dogs into the home.

That’s when the dogs began to act strangely, urging the resident and her friend to head to the downstairs bathroom.

Running after the dog, the resident tripped and saw a person escaping from their garage down the street, saying they could not see what the individual was wearing, outside of that it was black.

Other neighbors in the area did not observe any suspicious individuals in the area, after a check of the home, nothing was found to be missing.

Oct. 25, 5:13 p.m. – A woman ran up to an officer in Drum Hill Plaza, saying that her phone had been possibly stolen from a bathroom inside a nearby store.

The woman tried calling the phone, saying she remembered leaving it in the bathroom recently, but no one would pick up.

An app on the phone indicated that it had moved to a location on Wesley Street.

The officer talked to people near where the app indicated the phone was and returned to Drum Hill, where the woman said that the person had gotten the phone back from an anonymous individual who was described as “straight dark hair, pudgy and Hispanic.”
