Manny Marshall, 80, Long-Time Resident and Former Winchester High Football Coach

Manny Marshall was the head football coach and a physical education teacher at Winchester High School for 26 years.

CHELMSFORD, MA- Manuel “Manny” Marshall, 80, a long-time resident of Chelmsford and member of both the Winchester High School Hall of Fame as well as the Massachusetts State Coaches Football Association Hall of Fame, passed away on Wednesday.

Manny Marshall who was the coach of Winchester High School's football team as well as a physical education teacher for 26 years passed away at the age of 80. He was the beloved husband of Peggy L. (Lewis) Marshall of 58 years.

Manny is survived by children; Frank Marshall and his wife Meg of East Fairfield, VT, Stephen Marshall and his wife Karin of Townsend, Wendy Marshall of Worcester and Michael Marshall of North Chelmsford. He survives nine grand children and was the brother of the late Charles Marshall and Rosaleen O'Rourke.

Visiting hours will be held Friday from 4 to 8 pm at the Blake Funeral Home located at 24 Worthen St. in Chelmsford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Parish located at 25 North Road in Chelmsford.
