Monday Essentials: A Lake Closure, Kids’ Sports Clinics & Cooler Weather
What you need to know for the week of Monday, July 22.

Around Town: Freeman Lake Beach is closed. The Board of Health closed the beach Tuesday because of bacteria levels. The beach was closed last year around this time for the same reason.
This Week in Sports: The Chelmsford Softball Clinic for girls grades one to eight begins Monday and continues through Wednesday. Walk-in registration begins at 8:30 at Chelmsford High School Field.
A three-day flag football competition for grades one to eight begins Monday at Chelmsford High School.
