ICYMI: More Than 50 Chelmsford Properties Sold in November

More than 50 properties were sold in Chelmsford in November, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.

The two priciest sales were 140 High St. (pictured above, via realtor.com) for $790,000 and 15 Grandview Rd. for $680,000.

There were also two foreclosures in Chelmsford - one at 45 Drexel Dr. and another at 27 Sunset Ave.
