Nearly 50 Chelmsford Properties Sold in December

Nearly 50 properties were sold in Chelmsford in December, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.

The two priciest sales of the 48 properties sold were 5 Courthouse Lane (Courthouse Pub) for $1,700,000 and 12 Pennsylvania Ave. (pictured above via realtor.com) at $795,000

There were also three foreclosures in Chelmsford - 42 Bridge St., 27 Cambridge St., and 9 Lamplighter Ln.
