New Cafe Set Come To Chelmsford's Cross Roads At 129
The owners of Pressed Cafe, a New Hampshire-based chain, just signed a 10-year lease in the business district.

CHELMSFORD, MA —The Cross Roads at Route 129, just secured its first restaurant. The owners of Pressed Cafe just signed a 10-year lease in the business district.
Roi and Miri Schpindler, a married couple, had the idea to take high end ingredients and create fresh food, quickly and started the New Hampshire-based cafe in 2016. The Billerica Road spot, if it's anything like its sibling cafes in Burlington and Newton, is set to feature classic American, Asian flavors and Middle Eastern flare.
As the name alludes, Pressed offers a bevy of pressed juices locally roasted coffee along with panini sandwiches, grain bowls and salads, mac and cheese and several vegetarian and vegan options in its current locations.
