Rainbow Girls to Host a Scooby Doo Fundraising Dinner

Billerica Rainbow focuses on community service projects, fundraising for various causes and leadership training for girls ages 11 and up.

The Rainbow Girls of Billerica Assembly #61 hosted a Scooby Doo dinner on Saturday, March 14th, 2015 at the Thomas Talbot Masonic Lodge in Billerica. The event was a huge success serving 110 guests and included a performance of Scooby Doo during the dinner. The performance was written and directed by one of the girls, Kathryn F. The dinner was provided by the Advisory Board and consisted of a pasta dinner and brownie sundaes for dessert. The event also included raffles of a popcorn/movie gift basket containing the Scooby Doo movies, a beauty gift basket and a handmade Scooby Doo fleece blanket.

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls (IORG) is a Masonic youth service organization which teaches leadership training through community service for ages 11 and up.
