Serious I-495 Crash In Chelmsford
Latest Chelmsford traffic: a bad crash involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 495 near Route 3.
CHELMSFORD, MA — There was a serious crash involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 495 in Chelmsford Thursday afternoon. The crash happened on the northbound side of the highway near Route 3 at about 12:45 p.m., according to Massachusetts State Police. Injuries were reported.
The access road to the Lowell Connector was closed as crews responded to the scene.
The crash also involved another vehicle that flipped over.
