When they got there, they found a group of coaches had detained Menard and were escorting him out of the building. Through the course of their preliminary investigation police determined that Menard had used his cell phone to film a boy who was dressing in the locker room. Police arrested the man and took his cell phone for evidence.
When they went to search Menard's car, police found and confiscated multiple cameras and laptop computers. Police are working to determine the contents of the electronic devices.
