When Does School Close for Christmas/Winter Vacation in Chelmsford?

Christmas and New Years' Day is coming soon, and of course that means school vacation.

Here in Chelmsford, vacation lasts from Monday, Dec. 23 to Wednesday, Jan.1, with school resuming on Thursday, Jan. 2

Friday, Dec. 20 is not an early release day, but Friday Dec. 13 is an early release day due to professional development seminars in the afternoon.

Here's the dismissal schedule on that day.

Parker Middle School – 11:10 a.m.

Byam Elementary School – 11:45 a.m.

Center Elementary School – 11:45 a.m.

Harrington Elementary School – 11:45 a.m.
