The main points for trick-or-treaters included:
- Wear reflective clothing or carry a flashlight or glow stick so that your parent can find you and so that you're visible to on-coming cars.
- Stick to the sidewalks and driveways. Try to avoid walking through lawns as there could be tripping hazards you won't see.
- Wait until you get home to eat your candy, that way your parents can inspect it.
- If your costume is long, sew it up or tuck it into your socks so you won't trip.
- Don't wear masks while walking through the street, it'll make it harder to see.
