Concord Youth Theatre Summer Workshop Classes

PIPSQUEAK PLAYERS (Ages 4-6) – Under the guidance of two Concord Youth Theatre staff members, young students will experience theater games, singing and a variety of theater related activities. The session will culminate in a short presentation of a story. July 15-19, 2019, 9am-11:30am. Tuition: $210. Limit: 16 Students

CENTER STAGE PLAYERS (Grades K-5) – A one week creative workshop to satisfy all of your dramatic needs! Using scripts and/or improvised dialogue, students will dramatize familiar stories on stage, complete with songs and simple dances. The group will be coached in acting, singing and movement by two Concord Youth Theatre staff members. The week will culminate in an informal performance for friends and family. Tuition for Sessions 1-5 $250. Limit: 20 Students.

*Session 1 July 8-12: 9am to 12pm students entering grades 1-3

*Session 2 July 8-12: 1pm to 4pm students entering grades 3-5

*Session 3 July 15-19: 1pm to 4pm students entering grades 2-4

*Session 4 July 22-26: 9am to 12pm students entering grades 3-5

*Session 5 July 29-Aug 2: 9am to 12pm students entering grades K-2

SUMMER STOCK TROUPE (Grades 6-8, 2-WEEK SESSION) – This fun and in depth workshop is sure to sharpen your performance skills. Under the direction of two Concord Youth Theatre staff members, students will be coached in character development, improvisation, voice and movement as they rehearse their play. The session will culminate in an informal performance for friends and family. July 22-August 2, 2019, Monday – Friday 1-4pm. For students entering Grades 6-8. Tuition $400. Limit: 20 Students.
