How Many Millionaires Are in Concord?

Concord has 278 millionaires, according to a report by the Boston Business Journal.

The BBJ analyzed 2013 tax data and found Concord had 278 millionaire filers—down from 303 the year before.

Concord’s millionaires earned an average of $3.7 million.

These other communities topped the journal’s list:

• Newton 1,058 millionaires
• Wellesley 726
• Weston 491
• Brookline 417
• Cambridge 404

There were 12,501 millionaires in the state in 2013, an 8 percent drop from the previous year, the journal reported.
