Kent Preston of Littleton, MA formerly of Springfield, NJ

Kent Preston a resident of Littleton MA for 40 years, passed away peacefully in his home Tuesday, July 24, 2018, he was 69.

Originally from Springfield, NJ, Kent spent his youth in the woods near his home, and on the waters of Lake Wentworth, NH. He met his wife of 45 years, Valerie Eaton Preston, while attending New England College in Henniker, NH. Together, they raised two boys in Littleton, where Kent was active in Boy Scouts, Youth Soccer, and all the duties of a man doing his best for his family.

Kent is predeceased by his wife Valerie and brother Alan. He is survived by his two sons, Jonathan Merwin Preston and his wife Sarah of Westborough, MA, and Dexter Kirby Preston and his wife Stephanie of Redlands, CA. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Emmitt, Charlotte, Olive and Penelope.

Kent was good father, and a good person. He will be sorely missed.
