
Leslie Kaufman, a trusted advisor focused on helping individuals and teams tackle challenging issues, has joined ClearRock, Inc., a Boston-based talent consulting firm, as an Executive Coach.
Kaufman will leverage her experience as a human resources professional – helping leaders prepare for expanding roles, adjust to increasing demands, and accomplish their goals in fast-paced environments – in her work with ClearRock clients.

Kaufman has over thirty years of experience in the bio-pharmaceutical and consulting industries, ranging from small start-up biotechs to global pharmaceutical organizations. She has held leading human resources positions at TESARO (GSK), Syros Pharmaceuticals, Millennium Pharmaceuticals (Takeda), and the Medicines Company. Her career began at Arthur D. Little, where she led technology-based consulting projects with organizations in fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food manufacturing.

Kaufman, who lives in Lincoln, Massachusetts, earned an MBA from Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University. She received an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown Institute for Transformational Leadership and holds certifications in Insights Discovery and the Hogan Assessment.
