Concord Festival of Authors Takes on Self-Promotion

2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Oct. 30 include the MAPC Metropolitan Area Planning Council Fall Meeting at 2:30 p.m. and the Trustees of Town Donations at 7:30 p.m.
