REMM Choral Morning for singers on Feb 8; Jay Lane, leader
Join us for a morning workshop on motets and madrigals by English Renaissance composers!

Recorders/Early Music MetroWest (REMM) offers a choral workshop on the music of acclaimed English Renaissance composer William Byrd and his contemporaries on Saturday, February 8 at 9:30 am. Jay Lane, founder of the vocal ensemble Vox Lucens and now music director at St Anne's
in-the-Fields (Lincoln), is the workshop leader for this morning session which takes place at Trinity Episcopal Church, 81 Elm Street in Concord.
In addition to motets and madrigals by Byrd, a favorite composer of Queen Elizabeth I, Lane has chosen works by John Bull, Thomas Tomkins and Orlando Gibbons.
