CONCORD, MA — Holiday cleanup doesn't have to be a holiday headache.
Concord DPW will be accepting trees at the Compost site, 755 Walden St, on the first three Fridays and Saturdays in January except for New Year’s Day, for free. Holiday lights will also be accepted on the first three Saturdays in January for free.
Styrofoam blocks will be collected at the compost site on the first three Saturdays in January for $7/ bag. Bags must be pre-purchased online and filled at home. See information at www.concordma.gov/recycle for more information and to purchase Styrofoam block recycling bags.

Due to New Years, trash and recycling pickup on Friday will be delayed by one day. Trash and recycling will be picked up on Saturday. If your trash is picked up on Thursday, it will be picked up as normal this week even though it is New Years Eve.
