2 BTT North Shore Black Belts Win at Grappling Industries Boston

Grappling Industries Boston 2020 was held at the Tyngsboro Sports Center on January 25, 2020.

Local Danvers, Martial Arts instructors, Professor Aniss El Hajjajy and Professor Louis Torres competed at the Grappling Industries Boston tournament.

Professor Aniss is also a retired MMA Desert Force Champion, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor and head Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor at BTT North Shore. Professor Aniss El Hajjajy took 1st place in the Gi Adult / Male / Black Belt / Adult / -185 LBS division and 2nd place in the Absolute Gi / Male / Black Belt / Adult division. Professor Aniss chose to forfeit the final's match against fellow BTT Black Belt, Gilvan Costa.

This is Professor Louis Torres' first competition as a newly promoted Black Belt and he also teaches at BTT North Shore. Professor Louis Torres took 1st place in the Gi Adult / Male / Black Belt / Adult / -170 LBS division. Professor Louis was promoted on December 7th at the Brazilian Top Team, New England Headquarters, BTT Boston.
