Beverly Hospital at Danvers Sues Contractors Over Faulty Work

The company that owns the Beverly Hospital at Danvers is suing three different contractors over so-called shoddy work done in the outpatient building at the facility, according to an article on Boston.com.

“The first-floor flooring issues inside of Beverly Hospital at Danvers have caused and [are] causing property damage to the first-floor flooring materials, subsurface materials, machinery and to other property/items, materials within Beverly Hospital at Danvers,” the complaint reads.

The complaint does not indicate how much the company is looking to retrieve in damages. The suit will be handled in Essex Superior Court at Newburyport.
