Black Friday: 2 Shoplifters Arrested, Store Thefts and Fight Over Parking Spot

The following excerpts are from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from Nov. 29.
Friday, Nov. 29
- 12:06 a.m. A caller reported a dead rabbit by the Mill Pond on Sylvan Street.
- 2:42 a.m. Report of a shoplifting at Best Buy.
- 2:53 a.m. Patrice Lockett, 20, of 4 Cabot St., Salem, was arrested, following a report of a shoplifter at Walmart. She was charged with shoplifting over $100Â by asportation.
- 5:15 a.m. Report of a larceny at Target.
- 7:50 a.m. Report of possible car break-ins in the parking lot outside Best Buy. Police checked the area, but didn't find anything.
- 9:16 a.m. Report of a road rage incident on Route 114 near Herb Chambers Chevrolet.
- 9:26 a.m. Report of a deer on the roadside on Route 1 near the Danvers Plaza. State police handled the scene.
- 10:05 a.m. Report of a road rage incident involving a customer complaint at the Liberty Tree Mall.
- 10:11 a.m. Police responded to Walmart on a report of demonstrators at the store.
- 12:50 p.m. Report of a fight over a parking spot at the Liberty Tree Mall.
- 2:11 p.m. A caller reported a dead Canadian goose by the Mill Pond.
- 3:19 p.m. A 16-year-old was arrested at Walmart following a report of a shoplifter taking a knife.
- 4:31 p.m. Report of a larceny at the Liberty Tree Mall.
