British Beer Company Closes Danvers Location

DANVERS, MA -- The British Beer Company in Danvers has closed. A sign in front of the building, one of the last in the greater Boston area, says it is closed until further notice. But Boston Restaurant News is reporting that a source says the location has been permanently closed. The company has also removed the Danvers location at 29 Andover Street from the list of locations on its Web site.

While the company still operates pubs in Westford, Pembroke, Plymouth, and Franklin, Danvers joins Framingham and Walpole as locations recently closed by the company.
