In-Person Browsing Hours Back At Danvers Library
The Peabody Institute Library will now offer browsing hours in the Gordon Room five days per week.
DANVERS, MA — Danvers residents can once again browse parts of the Peabody Institute Library with in-person services available five days per week starting on Monday.
Browsing will be available Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays, as well as Saturdays.
The library said it has new books, adult media, children's media, video games, magazines and select Library of Things items.

Those looking to browse should enter through the Gordon Room door.
Residents should not come to the library if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have been advised to quarantine due to coronavirus exposure.

All patrons must wear a face covering and maintain 6 feet of social distancing at all times in the building.
Only six people will be allowed in the Gordon Room at once.
Library holds can be picked up at the door Mondays through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
