This fall, Care Dimensions has launched a free community webinar series which offers some of the
organization’s most popular educational programs. You can join a webinar from
your home, from your desk or on the go!
Care Dimensions is a non-profit organization and the largest provider of hospice, palliative
care and support services in 95 Massachusetts communities. With over 40
years of experience in serious illness/end-of-life care, Care Dimensions has
successfully cared for patients and families as they progress along the
continuum of care. Through its Learning Institute, Care Dimensions shares its
knowledge and expertise with the communities the organization serves through
delivering high-quality educational programs.
