Danvers Begins Curbside Yard Waste Pickup Next Week

Saturday could be a good day for raking in Danvers with rain expected Sunday and curbside pickup to begin next week.

DANVERS, MA — It could be a good time to do some raking in Danvers this weekend.

The Department of Public Works will conduct its first curbside yard waste pickup of the season this week on the regularly scheduled trash day.

All items must be curbside by 7 a.m. each day in a paper recycling bag or an open barrel.

Barrels must not weigh more than 50 pounds and all branches and twigs should be bundled and tied.

Brush will be accepted up to 4 inches long and 4 inches wide.
