Danvers Firearms Licensing December Schedule
Firearms licensing, which was suspended in Danvers this fall due to a broken fingerprint machine, will be held four days in December.
DANVERS, MA — The Danvers Police Department will hold firearms licensing on four dates in December.
Processing will take place Dec. 3, Dec. 9, Dec. 15 and Dec. 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Danvers police said applicants are encouraged, but not required, to scan completed applications and support documentation to firearms@danversma.gov prior to coming to the station. Those who cannot do that should bring all necessary documents to the station for processing.

Police said that because criminal investigation emergencies can arise at anytime, applications are asked to check their email and Danvers police social media to verify appointments have not be canceled on a given day.
Police said January dates will be released at the end of December.
