Danvers High Senior Sings National Anthem At Fenway Park

Danvers senior E.J. Baracewicz sang the national anthem before Tuesday night's Boston Red Sox game against the Tampa Bay Rays.

DANVERS, MA — One of the first Boston Red Sox games with fans in the stands in more than 18 months had a Danvers High senior helping to set the tone this week.

Senior E.J. Baracewicz sang the national anthem prior to Tuesday night's game against the Tampa Bay Rays. The game wound up going 12 innings with the Red Sox rallying three times before winning the game in 6-5, walk-off fashion on a J.D. Martinez two-run hit.

Baracewicz is a member of Falconize — a Danvers High a cappella group — as well as Deception — a school choral group.,

He has also been involved with Danvers High School Acts for four years and Drama Fest for two years.
