Danvers Indoor Sports Employee Selected- Lil' Kickers Pacesetter

Luke Padilla, Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute Coordinator at Danvers Indoor Sports

Luke Padilla has been selected by Lil’ Kickers Headquarters to part of their elite “Pacesetters” group. Lil’ Kickers is a national child development program that teaches soccer fundamentals to kids. The Pacesetters group is composed of the top 7 Lil’Kickers employees in North America who have successfully led their team to deliver an exceptional on-field customer experience while embodying the program’s mission. Lil’ Kickers Pacesetters from across North America meet throughout the year for professional development opportunities and sharing of best practices in a continual effort to improve the Lil’ Kickers’ experience.

Danvers Indoors Sports launched the Lil’ Kickers program in 2017. Luke was promoted to Lil’ Kickers Coordinator in 2019 and he has been instrumental in growing the program to 800 kids per week across three locations (Danvers Indoor Sports, DIS - Wilmington, and Lil’ Kickers Saugus).
