Danvers Man Charged With Larceny, Forging RMV Document

The following excerpts are from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from Jan. 23-26.
Thursday, Jan. 23
- 6:32 p.m. Michael Ford, 24, of Malden, was arrested following a report of a male and female shoplifter at Walmart. He was charged with shoplifting by asportation.
- 9:09 p.m. State police reported recovering a stolen motor vehicle.
- 10:10 p.m. Paul Iudice, 20, of 26 Elizabeth Ln., Peabody, was arrested following a report of two males acting strangely at the AMC Loews Theatre. He was charged on a warrant.
Friday, Jan. 24
- 12:15 p.m. An Abington Road resident reported a scam or swindle.
- 2:50 p.m. A caller reported kids were smoking a bong in the area of Maple and Summer streets. Police checked the area, but didn't find anything.
- 3:59 p.m. Report of shoplifting at Walmart.
- 9:56 p.m. Report of an assault and a female beaten up at a mobile home park at 98 Newbury St.
Saturday, Jan. 25
- 12:31 a.m. Report of a fight and two people injured at the Courtyard Marriott behind the Liberty Tree Mall.
- 3:08 p.m. Lauren Sullivan, 34, of Everett, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop. She was charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and on a warrant.
- 7:15 p.m. Report of a hit-and-run car accident in the parking lot at Walmart.
- 8:23 p.m. Report of an erratic operator on Route 128 North at Folly Hill Drive.
Sunday, Jan. 26
- 7:13 a.m. Douglas Forsyth, 55, of 98 Newbury St., Danvers, was arrested at his residence on a temporary warrant.
- 11:18 a.m. David Lombardie, 39, of Ossipee, N.H., was arrested after police were serving a warrant on Route 114. He was charged with possession of a Class C drug.
- 11:46 a.m. Report of a domestic assault at Motel 6.
- 1:03 p.m. Report of a larceny at Stop & Shop.
- 2:24 p.m. Report of a hit-and-run car accident at BJ's Wholesale Club. Police issued a court summons.
- 4:29 p.m. Mark Matheson, 29, of 2122 Kirkbride Dr., Danvers, was arrested following a report of a larceny at the Home Depot on Route 1. He was charged with two counts of larceny over $250 and forgery or misuse of an RMV document.
