Danvers Residents Running in One Fund Trans-American Relay

Two Danvers residents will be running in a 3,330-mile non-stop relay to benefit the victims of the Marathon bombings.

Danvers residents will be among those running in a 3,330-mile non-stop trans-American relay that reaches Boston on June 30.

"A 3,300-mile non-stop running relay will leave Los Angeles this month, bound for Boston. The epic event is being organized thousands of miles away by a trio of running enthusiasts from the U.K. who wanted to show their support for Boston following the tragic events of April 15," a press release reads.

The relay benefits the One Fund, established for the victims of the Marathon Bombings.
