Has the city declared a snow emergency or parking ban?

Generally, the Public Services Director will call a "snow emergency" when excessive amounts of snow are predicted. All vehicles are required to be removed from all roadways to allow for a better clearing job. All vehicles left on the road are subject to tow.

What about trash and recycling?

There will be no trash or recycling pick up Tuesday, instead Trash pick up and recycling will be delayed a day, the town announced.

What about the MBTA?

The MBTA Commuter Rail will operate on an “Extremely Reduced Schedule” on all lines. Red, Orange, Blue, and Green Lines will operate with reduced frequency, similar to a Saturday.
