Danvers Water Main Break Affects About 2 Dozen Homes

Danvers Public Works said water will be shut off to approximately 24 homes for four to six hours Tuesday night amid repairs.

DANVERS, MA — About two dozen Danvers homes were without water Tuesday night after a water main break on Green Street.

Danvers Department of Public Works said water was shut off about 6 p.m. and a crew was being mobilized.

The outages occurred between Patricia Road and Shawmut Avenue, including Pasture Lane.

"Water will be off for four to six hours," Danvers DPW said. "Thanks for your patience."
