Danvers Webinar To Provide Pointers For Remote Learners
Thursday's webinar will give tips on how to stay focused and motivated in front of the computer screen.
DANVERS, MA — With many Danvers students remaining in a remote learning model for the 2020-2021 school year amid the coronavirus health crisis, the district is looking to provide tips and ways to keep them focused and motivated after being away from the classroom for nearly a year.
The Danvers Special Education Parents’ Advisory Committee will host a virtual meeting Thursday night where Lead Teacher Kat Marsh will provide pointers to parents and students about how to get the most out of lessons away from the classroom.
"Remote learning has its ups and downs," the district allowed. "It can rely on students to be self-starters, which sometimes feels impossible."
