Danvers West Street Canoe Launch Reopens
The Ipswich River launch reopens after $20,000 in improvements to the trail and parking area.
DANVERS, MA — The West Street canoe launch in Danvers has reopened following $20,000 in improvements to the parking area and trail access to the Ipswich River.
The Massachusetts Department of Fish & Game provided a grant for the improvements through the Office of Fishing & Boating Access.
The work was done through a collaboration between Danvers Public Works, Natural Resources (Endicott Park) team and the Ipswich Watershed Association.
