Employee Buys Danvers Catering Company

Colleen Boland bought Fresh Food Catering after working at the company for three years.

DANVERS, MA — The catering director at Fresh Food Catering is the new owner of the Danvers company. Colleen Boland, who has worked for the company for three years, bought the business from founder Chris Keohane. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"It has been a life long dream of mine to own my own business and I can’t think of a better opportunity than to take over Fresh Food Catering," Boland said. "I look forward to continuing to serve all of our loyal customers while bringing a new vision to serve the North Shore."

Boland graduated from the hospitality program at Endicott College in Beverly and has worked in the food services industry for 15 years.

"I cannot think of a better person to take the reins of Fresh Food Catering than Colleen," Jeohane said.
