DANVERS, MA — Essex North Shore Technical and Agricultural School has postponed its annual fundraising gala until after the school hopes to complete a two-week switch to remote learning because of the recent coronavirus spread in the region and communities the school serves.

Superintendent Heidi Riccio said the remote gala and fundraiser will now be held Dec. 18.

The decision comes after the school announced earlier this week it will switch to fully remote learning for the two weeks after Thanksgiving starting on Monday.
