How To Dispose Of Your Christmas Tree In Danvers

Curbside Christmas tree pickup is one day only.

DANVERS, MA — Danvers residents have a couple of more weeks to enjoy their live Christmas trees — provided they are well-watered and hanging in there without drying out and becoming a fire hazard — before those who want to dispose of them via curbside pickup need to have them ready to go.

The Danvers Department of Public Works will conduct pickup one day only on Jan. 9. Trees should be curbside by 7 a.m. that day.

Trees will then be brought for composting and must be bare.
