Local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor Won at the Detroit IBJJF
Professor Aniss El Hajjajy, from BTT North Shore, won at the Detroit International Open IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship, on June 5th, 2021.

The Detroit International Open IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship is a prestigious Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament, that was held on June 5th 2021, at the HYPE Recreation Center of Western Wayne: 4635 Howe Rd., Wayne, MI 48184.
Professor Aniss El Hajjajy teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at BTT North Shore in Danvers and at the Revere Jiu jitsu Center. Professor Aniss took 1st place in the Male / Master 3 / Black Belt / Middleweight division and 2nd place in the Male / Master 3 / Black Belt / Open Class division. Athletes who placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd are eligible to register for the Open Class bracket. The Open Class division is especially dangerous. Professor Aniss El Hajjajy's Open Class division was made up of everything from Middleweights to Ultra-Heavyweights.
Professor Aniss El Hajjajy had this to say, "Had an awesome day at the Detroit Open, representing BTT. Thank you Professor Joao Amaral and Professor Daniel Mirel Gazoni, with out you I would't be here. Plus thank you to my all brothers at Brazilian Top Team. "

Professor Aniss received his black belt from Professor Joao Amaral and Professor Daniel Mirel Gazoni at New England's Brazilian Top Team Headquarters, BTT Boston. BTT Boston is led by Professor Daniel Mirel Gazoni and is the 1st Brazilian Top Team in the Untied States—it is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu landmark. Professor Daniel Mirel Gazoni said, "Congratulations Aniss El Hajjajy!! Hard work pays off—Very proud of you." Professor Joao Amaral said, "Congratulations beast!!!!"
