Longtime Danvers Baseball Coach Announces Retirement
Roger Day is the all-time wins leader in the Northeastern Conference.
DANVERS, MA -- Danvers High School baseball coach Roger Day plans to retire. Day, who has coached the Falcons since 1987, finishes with a 509-199 record, making him the all-time winningest coach in the history of the Northeastern Conference. Day led Danvers to a state title, as well as five Division 2 North sectional titles. This past season Danvers finished 14--7.
