North Shore Chamber Unveils New Danvers Headquarters

About 100 Chamber members, prospective members, local and state officials attended the ribbon-cutting on Thursday.

DANVERS, MA — The North Shore Chamber of Commerces welcomed about 100 members, prospective members, local and state officials for an open house and ribbon cutting at its expanded offices on Cherry Hill Drive in Danvers on Thursday.

Chamber President and Chief Executive Officer Karen Andreas, who took over that position in January, shared some of the initiatives the Chamber is working on to support North Shore business as the coronavirus health crisis wanes.

She shared information about events, forums and workshops on the Chamber calendar.

The event offered an opportunity to meet Chamber President and Chief Executive Officer Karen Andreas, who took the helm in January, and her team. It also provided a chance to hear about the initiatives the Chamber is working on to support and bolster business on the North Shore and to learn about upcoming networking events, forums and workshops on the Chamber calendar.

Joining Chamber members and prospective members at the event were State Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr, Sen. Joan Lovely, Rep. Paul Tucker, Rep. Tom Walsh, Rep. Sally Kerans and Sophia LaCortiglia, an aide for Sen. Diana DiZoglio.

The mission of the Chamber is to be the hub of the business community north of Boston and to advocate, educate and collaborate to ensure the success of its member business and the 34 communities that constitute Massachusetts' North Shore.
