North Shore Tech Seeks Nominations For Lifetime Achievement Award
Those who have contributed to all iterations of the school are eligible to be nominated for the honor that will be awarded at a remote gala.

DANVERS, MA —Members of the Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School community past and present are eligible to be nominated for the 2020 Larkin Lifetime Achievement Award.
The award recognizes those who made an impact on the school and its past iterations — Essex Agricultural and Technical School, North Shore Technical High School and Peabody Vocational School.
The award will be presented at the school's annual holiday gala — which because of the coronavirus will be held virtually this year — on Dec. 4. Nominations can be made here with a deadline of Nov. 27.

The award is named after Lt. Catherine Larkin, an alumna of the Essex County Agricultural School homemaking program and World War II nurse who died in a plane crash in 1945.
The gala will help fun the transformation of the Larkin Memorial Cottage into a multi-use facility with a museum, service kitchen, office space, exhibit hall, learning lab and function space. The cottage was originally built in 1950.
