Obituary from Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home.
Diane M. (Cuoco) Allain, 68, of Danvers, died unexpectedly on Friday, September 11, 2015 after being admitted to the Beverly Hospital. She was the devoted wife of Alfred “Al” D. Allain with whom she shared 49 years of marriage. She was born on July 9, 1947, the daughter of the late Guido and Annette (Germaine) Cuoco and was raised in Peabody graduating from Peabody Veterans Mem. High School in 1966. She had resided in Danvers for the past 40 years.
Diane was a co-owner along with her husband Al of Allain & Son Inc Electrical Company of Danvers for more than 40 years . She enjoyed traveling with her husband and going on cruises to the islands in the Caribbean. She also liked to do gardening around the house and going motor cycling with her husband. She had been a member of the former Rotary-Anns of the Peabody Rotary Club and was always helpful in many ways to her neighbors, the Discalced Carmelite Nuns, in Danvers. Her most endearing quality was spending times with her family watching them grow and mature into adulthood.
